Titan Electric Companies Welcomes Dionne Holt as the Company’s First Chief People Officer

June 10, 2025 (Tampa, FL): Titan Electrical Companies (TEC), a leading electrical contractor committed to Powering the Future, with offices throughout the Southeast, welcomes Dionne Holt as its Chief People Officer.  As Chief People Officer, Holt will oversee the Company’s HR function, implement best practices to enrich the corporate culture, ensure compliance of corporate policies, and drive talent acquisition efforts in accordance with the Company’s growth mandates.  Holt will be based in the Company’s corporate headquarters in Tampa, and joins TEC as the first Chief People Officer in the company’s history.

Holt is a highly accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in operational excellence, team development, organizational change, and HR strategy.  Prior to joining The Titan team, Holt served as the Vice President of HR, Industrial Security, Health, and Safety for Smiths Interconnect Inc, an aerospace and defense contractor.  She has also held senior HR roles with Fortune 500 companies including Raymond James Financial and IBM; and has also garnered municipal HR management experience during her tenure with the Orange County Government.  Holt obtained her MS degree from Troy State University in HR Management and her bachelor’s degree from UCF in Education; she is also a graduate of the 2024 Leadership Tampa Class sponsored by the Tampa Bay Chamber.
