Pegasus Park is a 23-acre future-focused campus in Dallas, Texas , that offers office and lab space to companies looking to encourage collaboration, problem-solving, and fun. The complex aims to strengthen North Texas as a globally recognized center for life science innovation, business, and social impact. Titan partnered with Swinerton Builders to construct Pegasus Buildings 2 and 3, now used as labs for animal research and infectious diseases. Building 2 was a two-story renovation, and Building 3 was a two-story new construction building that consisted of a new entrance and a new generator enclosure.
