Titan Electric partnered with Rand Construction on this tenant improvement project. The job consisted of interior alteration, where a section of the tenant space was left as shell space for future sublease tenants after being demolished and demised. The new design was a standard tenant build-out with a new lobby, reception, open office space with workstations, private offices, conference rooms, break rooms, a copy room, server room, and support IDF room. Project highlights include custom lighting and millwork packages throughout the contemporary open design.
