Titan Electric partnered with Clark Construction and Goettsch Partners on this Queensbridge Collective project at 1111 South Tryon in Charlotte. This 42-story residential high rise apartment building is part of a 2-tower mixed use development located within Charlotte’s South End neighborhood, one of the fastest growing urban submarkets in the country. Tower 1 consists of 409 luxury multi-family units and a 10-story attached parking garage with 505 spaces. The mixed-use building includes plans for a future restaurant and coffee shop located on the 10th floor. Amenities will include a fitness center, outdoor dining, basketball and pickleball courts, an aqua lounge and rooftop pool on the top floor.
