Introducing the President of Titan Companies, Ben Patton
Ben Patton has over 30 years of experience in the industry. Prior to joining Titan Electric, Ben served as Vice President of the Mid-Atlantic Division at Sargent Electric, where he was responsible for the overall performance of the Pittsburgh Division, overseeing projects not only in the Mid-Atlantic region but also across the country.
Ben’s leadership at Sargent Electric was marked by his ability to deliver full-service electrical contracting strategies across a diverse range of sectors, including industrial, mission critical, renewables, commercial, infrastructure, wireless, and 24/7 service markets.
His strategic oversight and ability to manage complex, large-scale projects solidified his reputation as a versatile and results-driven leader. Throughout his career, Ben has cultivated a deep expertise in electrical contracting, starting with his early technical foundation at the US Army Signal School and Wichita Area Technical College. After graduating from WATC, he continued his career as an electrician, gaining hands-on field experience that shaped his practical understanding of the industry. His professional development progressed through advanced leadership programs at Babson College, the NECA NEXT Academy, and the NECA Executive Management Institute. Ben has held leadership roles at Dynalectric, Code Electric, and Meisner Electric, where he spearheaded preconstruction, estimating, and project management operations.
In his new role with Titan Electric, Ben’s extensive industry knowledge and proven leadership make him well-positioned to drive growth, innovation, and operational excellence. He will oversee the Georgia, Texas, Florida, Tennessee, and North Carolina offices with a focus on expanding Titan Electric’s market presence while ensuring the highest standards of service and performance across its diverse portfolio of projects. Ben will be stationed in the Georgia office and will visit each office in the near future. Ben will be officially starting on October 28th.
