Titan Electric partnered with Nova Commercial Interiors on the alteration of a second-generation space to create two new speculative tenant suites. The project required significant demolition as well as new construction. The project consisted of installing new light fixtures and exit signs throughout both suites. Other key features included a new wall mounted recessed TV outlet, replacement of all device/faceplate’s, a floor-mounted outlet for power/communications connections, and battery backups for emergency and exit lighting in accordance with the NEC/NFPA.
