Titan Electric partnered with Rabren General Contractors on this one-of-a-kind student residence and wellness spa located just two blocks from University of Florida in downtown Gainesville. Nine 31 is a 9-story apartment building on the border of the Innovation District and Fifth Avenue offering a new perspective on college life with its studio,1,2-,3-,4-, & 5-bedroom floor plans, restorative perks, and amenities designed for growth. The building exudes a luxury hotel vibe, featuring a 24-hour fitness center, wellness spa, resort-style pool and hot tub, indoor club room, and outdoor social gathering oasis. The building was erected using an Eisen System Structure which created some challenges with the electrical. However, the Titan Electric team was able to successfully navigate around the sheet steel and x-bracing for a successful installation.
