Centennial Yards is a massive urban renewal development project in downtown Atlanta that includes two high-rise towers directly across from the Mercedes Benz Stadium. Titan Electric partnered with the CIM Group on Parcel E1, the 5-star hotel leading the charge into the Centennial Yards Project, formerly known as the Gulch. The CIM Group has plans to make this area one of the most exciting areas to visit in Atlanta by revitalizing downtown and bringing together the east and west sides of the city. The hotel façade is strikingly modern, designed with geometric references to the historic rail yards that previously occupied the site. The Hotel and Conference Center includes a ballroom, atrium lobby, elevated pool deck, rooftop bar, and 292 guest rooms.
