Coggin Honda is renovating and expanding its existing automotive dealership to include a new showroom layout, restrooms, service waiting areas, new finishes across portions of the building, upgrades to the mechanical system, and replacement of all lighting. By demolishing the existing service drive, a new vehicle delivery area will be added, the existing showroom will be expanded, and a new service drive will be created.
The existing structure consists of a pre-engineered building with storefront windows, an EIFS exterior, and a top over the previous metal roof. The new construction will be a steel frame with CMU or metal stud walls, a new storefront, and EIFS to match the existing structure and a TPO roof.
