Denton has recently become an epicenter for food distribution centers. In the Fall of 2023, this Class A state-of-the-art freezer cooler facility was a collaborative design-build project completed by MAPP Construction and Titan Electric. The new ground-up facility is situated on the outer loop of the Denton County line right off I-35W. The shell building was constructed with additional space for (2) internal office areas, outdoor tractor-trailer power pedestals, and a new internal area that can be blocked off for individual customer use. Titan Texas was a subcontractor of Titan Georgia.
