Titan Electric partnered with Brasfield & Gorrie on this tenant improvement project for the EA Sports Playtesting Center. The studio is located in the heart of Downtown Orlando’s Creative Village, an urban innovation district designed to cultivate synergies between the region’s emerging digital media industry and education partners. The 5-story building is 175,000 square feet and houses significant Data Centers and UPS backups for the famous gaming developer.
