The Kimpton Sylvan is a sleek boutique hotel that mixes mid-century modern with Southern hospitality. With 217 units, a private courtyard pool, and over 4,000 square feet of meeting and event space, this former 1950s residential building was transformed into a luxurious retreat in Buckhead. Titan Electric partnered with Reeves Young to demo the entire building to the structure and rebuild as a hotel, adding on a kitchen and ballroom to the existing building. The Sylvan is surrounded by nearly 5,000 square feet of gardens, including a sparkling pool. Guests of the hotel are just steps from experiencing Buckhead’s high-style shopping, dining, galleries, and nightlife.
