Titan Electric partnered with Balfour Beatty to bring Toll Brothers Apartment Living to Atlanta’s Midtown neighborhood. The Osprey is a Class A multifamily development with mixed-use/retail space. The development features a 13-story Prescient tower, two 5-story wood frame buildings, and a 7-story, 540-car parking garage. With 319 residential units, the top two floors feature luxury penthouse units with private outdoor living areas. There is 30,000 square feet of interior service and retail space, in addition to amenity space that includes an exterior pool, a fitness-on-demand studio, a sky lounge with a community bar, a co-working space, and a dog park. The project was completed in 2020.
