for The Cape at Kiawah, a seven-building, 200,000+ square-foot custom
condominium project located at 1 Southern Pines Lane, on Kiawah Island,
SC. Collaborating with General Contractor, Trident Construction and
Architect, Hart Howerton, Titan delivered the complete electrical
system installation for the project, including Fire Alarm and Access
Control. Key features of the project include seventy-eight customized
condo units, each including top of the line finishes. Residents at The Cape
at Kiawah enjoy amenities such as a rooftop bar & restaurant, fitness center,
an outdoor pool overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, and a poolside
bar and restaurant.
