The University of Central Florida’s Roth Athletic Center (RAC) was built in response to UCF Athletics’ desire to improve synergies and communications between athletic departments. With a record number of top 25 athletic teams, the RAC facility will help UCFAA with its continued growth and success. The building is a hub for the Athletics facilities, which houses administrative offices, sports program offices, and team facilities for football, cross country, tennis, rowing, golf, and soccer, including locker rooms, a training room, and meeting spaces. Titan Electric was pleased to partner with Wharton-Smith on this two-story base building with tenant build-out.
