Titan Electric partnered with Reeves + Young and Pieper O’Brien Herr on phase II of this new ground-up senior living development in Alpharetta, GA—about 30 miles north of the city of Atlanta. The 3-Story, 72-unit facility offers residents several living options including cottages, bungalows, independent living, assisted living, and memory care. The developers repurposed materials from the original equestrian property and natural stone to provide a combination of organic farmhouse style and contemporary urban aesthetics. The 213,172 square foot facility offers below-grade parking and extensive amenities including private dining, fitness area, flower shop, and salon.
