Downtown Nashville is partnering with Titan Electric to build for the future. The newest YMCA is a transformative renovation project featuring a 60,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility that will continue to meet the growing needs of the new Nashville. The Downtown Y will feature an expanded wellness floor and 24-hour access to parts of the wellness facility. The reimagined basketball gym will offer wraparound views of Nashville Yards and downtown. The new Y will also feature a Rooftop Recreation area, indoor swimming, activity areas for youth care, extra community spaces, and expanded parking off 10th Ave to accommodate all. The Downtown YMCA is projected to be finished in late 2024.
