Office History
Titan Electric’s journey began in January 2003 when Mike McInerney, Dan Neswold, and Mike Neswold started Titan Electric Southeast. The company quickly expanded, establishing operations in Florida, with notable projects in Orlando. This set the stage for ambitious growth over the next two decades, with the company opening offices in Georgia (September 2017), Dallas, TX (February 2018), and Charleston, SC (October 2019).
In a strategic move to streamline operations, Titan Electric created a shared services office in Tampa, FL, in March 2021, centralizing executive, HR, and payroll functions. The company’s expansion continued with new offices in Nashville, TN (June 2022) and Charlotte, NC (March 2023), solidifying its presence across the southeastern United States.
Today, we are a leading multi-state enterprise, providing a wide range of electrical contracting services, including new construction, dedicated service, and advanced technologies
